For the duration of the Corona Virus epidemic we will be instituting the following policy changes:
1) We will be switching to an Appointment Only model.
This means that before you come into our office, you'll need to call and schedule an appointment.
Appointments will be scheduled in one hour blocks, to ensure that you're not exposed to any other clients or customers.
Prior to each appointment, the office and it's fixtures will be sanitized for your safety.
If you cannot make your appointment, please give us at least 2 hours notice.
In many cases, appointments can be scheduled for the same day that you call.

2) We will be practicing strict Social Distancing procedures.
All transactions will be done at the CDC's recommended distance of at least 6 feet.
Cards, terminals, and equipment will be sanitized prior to, and after handling.
3) We will be encouraging you to utilize our Remote Support Service if possible.
If your computer still boots up, and has a stable internet connection, we can get your service taken care of remotely - without you having to leave your house.

4) A diagnostic fee/deposit will be required upon scheduling your appointment.
A $75 deposit will need to be paid when we schedule your appointment.
This new Corona Virus policy is time-consuming to all of us, and we need to ensure that appointments are kept, and on time.
